I.Brief Introduction
2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump is used to remove gas from sealed containers. It can be used alone, or as a booster pump, a diffusion pump, a pre-pump of a molecular pump, a maintenance pump, and a pre-pump of a titanium pump. This series of pumps has the advantages of low noise, no return of oil after stopping the pump, easy starting, etc. the pump is equipped with an air ballast valve, which can pump out a small amount of condensable steam. This series of pumps can not pump out the gas with high oxygen content, corrosive, explosive, or toxic (except the explosion-proof 2XZF Series), as well as the gas containing grain dust, nor can they be used as compression pumps and gas transmission pumps.
