I.Brief Introduction
The heavy-duty multistage split casing centrifugal pump features large flow, and high head characteristics. The product also meets API 610 standards and can be used for crude oil transportation, seawater desalination, and other needs of high head, strong corrosion-resistance occasions.
Horizontal axially split casing, double volute multistage design. Impellers arranged in opposed groups, MDS is a multistage single suction impeller pump for the higher head, first stage double suction impeller design for low NPSH required.
Removable wear rings protect the casing and impeller. The impellers are statically and dynamically balanced. The pump complies with the API610 specification latest edition in all technical details.
Special antifriction bearings on both sides or sleeve bearings with a ring or forced-feed lubrication (axial bearing as segmental thrust bearing).

The heavy-duty multistage split casing centrifugal pump is widely used for oil fields, crude oil pipelines, water pipelines, high-pressure services, and seawater RO systems.
