I. Brief Introduction
IHF series fluoroplastic chemical centrifugal pump is a single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump according to international standard ISO2858.
The product structure is reasonable and reliable performance. Widely used in automobile manufacturing pickling process, acid and alkali manufacturing, painting process, non-ferrous metal smelting, the electrolyte transport project of chlorine ion membrane water and wastewater treatment, electroplating, and pesticide industries.
The pump casing is a metal lined with fluoroplastic, both the impeller and pump cover are formed with a metal insert wrapped with fluoric plastic outside and then integrally sintered and pressed. Shaft seal has two types, WB2 external bellows type, and IHF-N double face patented type.
II.Use Range
1.IHF fluoroplastic chemical centrifugal pump is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgy, dye, smelting, electric power, electroplating, pesticide, papermaking, food, textile and other industries, acid pickling process, acid and alkali production, painting process, electrolyte transportation in non-ferrous metal smelting, chlorine water transportation in ion-exchange membrane project, wastewater treatment, electroplating, and pesticide.
2.IHF fluoroplastic chemical centrifugal pump is one of the important corrosion-resistant equipment at present for long-term delivery of strong corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, a strong oxidant, organic solvent and reducing agent at any concentration under the temperature of – 85 ℃ ~ 200 ℃.
